Originally founded in 2000, in 2004, ( See A History of Blott Studio here ) Blott Studio became Corrine’s business and is Blackpool’s longest-running artist-led project space, supporting many other local and regional emerging artists and their practice.
In 2018 Corrine curated the exhibition Marking the Martyrs, at the Blott gallery space. Click here for the Marking the Martyrs commemorative catalogue. This feminist exhibition coincided with the Vote 100 celebrations across the UK.
In 2016, Corrine also curated Be the Banana Skin (on the Patriarchy’s Complacent Stroll) for part of the celebrations of International Women’s Day and throughout March. View the catalogue here and view the blog here.
